Which will cater ITI / ITC based contract workforce to the Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile engineering / Manufacturing Industries.

We as Mechanical Technical Talent Enterprise, entering into a start up of the recruitment agency, which will have prime focused on Mechanical Engineering Sector’s workshop labour engagement.

Idea :-
I myself being I.T.I. Draughtsman Mechanical person. While working in one of my company as Department Head. I observed that improper labour engagement system is the main reason for the quality of product. In a production company, the time cost for production matters a lot. Due to no available of proper resource service. Company has to play on the risk of accepting loss.

Study :-

Since we are not great in the mechanical engineering sector. The proper channel to fulfill the needs neded to be great. Many small scale and medium scale industries compromises with the labour engagement in their workshop and forcefully accepts the losses caused in the production.
On the other side, Since Mechanical Engineering Sectors is not to big extent in our Maharashtra. Every year passing out trainees are seeking more unemployment. The main reason, which I studied that is, after completion of training. Trainee is been surrounded by many questions i.e. Now what next? , How to move further?, Where to search? Etc.

Why We? :-

Mechanical Technical Talent Enterprise, is an center point for both, companies and the trainees. We provide continuously labour resource to the emerging Mechanical Engineering companies and as well as established companies. The main aim is to provide a healthy human resource to the workshop, to get lesser loss in production and also to generate employment in large number.

We would love to get tied up with the mechanical engineering companies to provide the best hands, which may be not able to them at present.

नमस्कार मराठी उद्योजक,

गेली अनेक वर्ष आपण पाहतो आहोत कि, मोठ्या प्रमाणात आज आपण सर्व तरुण मुलंमोठ्या धाडसाने उद्योग क्षेत्रात उतरतोय, त्याबद्दल आधी सर्वांचं मन पूर्वक कौतुक.

परंतु मला जरा एका वेगळ्या गोष्टी कडे आपल्या सगळ्यांचं लक्ष वेधायच आहे.

आपण नेहमी ऐकत आलोय कि, मराठी माणूस उद्योग धंदा करू शकत नाही , कधी वर येऊ शकत नाही, वगैरे - वगैरे. ह्याचं मुळ कारण हे आहे कि, आपली हुशार मुलं हि छोट्या पासून सुरुवात करतात आणि छोट्या पर्यंतच ठेवतात. ह्याच साधं उदाहरण म्हणजे, आपल्या पैकी किती जणांनी एक स्वप्न बाळगलंय आणि त्या दृष्टी ने काम करतायेत. ते स्वप्न म्हणजे फोब्स च्या यादीत स्वतः च नाव आणायचं. अर्थात ज्यांचे उद्योग त्या प्रकारचे आहेत त्यांच्यासाठीच हे स्वप्न.

खरं सांगायचं तर, आपल्या महाराष्ट्र पुरताच बघूया , आपला महाराष्ट्र हा मेकॅनिकल इंजिनीयरिंग सेक्टर मध्येच जागा मध्ये जर्मनीला टक्कर देऊ शकतो.

आश्चर्य वाटलं ना ? आहो वाटणारच.... कारण आपल्याकडे एवढं टॅलेंट आहे. पण इंजिनीयरिंग क्षेत्रात आपण त्याचं आर एन डी मध्ये इन्व्हेस्टमेंट करतच नाही आहोत. आपल्याकडे आय. टी. आय. मधून पास होणारे प्रशिक्षणार्थ्यांची संख्या दरवर्षी काढा. बघा किती हुशार प्रशिक्षणार्थी मिळतील ज्यांना घेऊन आपण महाराष्ट्राला देशाची मेकॅनिकल इंजिनियरिंग सेक्टर मध्ये सुद्धा राजधानी बनवू शकतो.

फक्त गरज आहे ती, सध्या अस्तित्वात असणाऱ्या कंपन्यांनी पुढाकार घेऊन नवीन इंजिनियर्स ना प्रोत्साहन देऊन नवे व्हेंचर्स चालू करायची , आणि नवीन इंजिनिअर्सनी पुस्तकातलं इंजिनीरिंगचा आधार घेऊन स्वतःचा नवा शोध किंवा टेकनॉलॉजि हि जगाला देण्याची.

मी रोहित सुर्वे, ह्याच उद्देशाने मेकॅनिकल टेक्निकल टॅलेंट एंटरप्राइज ह्या नावाने एक प्लेसमेंट फर्म सुरू करतोय, ९ नोव्हेंबर २०१७ ह्या दिवशी. हि फर्म हि नेहमी प्रमाणेची प्लेसमेंट फार्मच आहे, फक्त हिचा मुख्य फोकस हा कि, मेकॅनिकल इंजिनिअरिंग क्षेत्राला कुशल कामगार पुरवणे आहे.

म्हणून अस्तित्वात असलेल्या सर्व इंजिनिअरिंग क्षेत्रातल्या उत्पादक उद्यजकांनी कुशल कामगारांची काळजी आमच्यावर सोडावी, आणि नवीन उद्योजक होऊ इच्छिणाऱ्यांनी आपल्याला कुशल कामगार आपल्या वर्कशॉप मध्ये कसे मिळतील ? ह्याची काळजी हि आमच्या वर सोडावी. आणि महाराष्ट्राला इंजिनिअरिंग क्षेत्रात अव्वल बनवण्याचा हट्टाहास धरावा.
