Our company DSON Enterprises manufactures APFC PANEL (Automatic Power Factor Controller) for companies having motive load of more than 20 HP.
MSEDCL charges penalty against low or poor power factor (This appears on your Electricity Bill) .
This kind of penalty is charged if machines are working on fixed capacitors or with less capacitors or with excess capacitors. As you know your load always keeps on changing and because of that your power factor never remains controlled.
You must have right value of capacitors in circuit according to the number of machines actually working. If you install our APFC PANEL it will keep your power factor 0.9 or above 0.9 & hence you won’t be penalised for poor power factor.
Also, if you have your old capacitors and if they are in good condition we use them and appropriate value of the same shall be considered in our offer.
Considering this post Covid-19 scenario there is going to be scarcity of labour force. In this event you need to think of doing automation as replacement of human interface. We shall be of your service in this situation.
