Position: - Hub Manager (Secured/Unsecured Loan)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Ability to drive "sales targets" of multiple loan products - PL, BL, HL, LAP etc. Driving business through aggregators like CA's, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.

Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.

Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.

Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.

Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

Key Skills: -

Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience

Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Good presentation skills.

Have strong leadership skills.

The candidate with experience in the loan industry

Knowledge of local language.

Knowledge of local bankers

Compensation between 3 to 6 lakh PA

Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA

Position: - Tele Marketing Executive (Only Female Candidate) - Languages - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, & English - 5 Each candidates require.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads.

Brief about the product and features of Secured & Unsecured Loans

Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or via telephone etc.

Ability to drive "sales targets" of multiple loan products - PL, BL, HL, LAP etc. Follow all leads which you generate by calling.
