From the early days of traveling at 5 AM by bus to handpick samples at local markets, to sourcing premium sesame varieties from Assam, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and our very own local Sivagiri-Muthur belt.
Our search for quality has no shortcuts.
Different soils yield different varieties—red, white, and black—each bringing its own unique character to the oil. Even if premium seeds cost a little more, we never compromise, because pure oil starts only with the finest seed.
