🚀 Looking for a Remote HR Associate/Freelancer (Task-Based Pay Model)

I'm a solopreneur running an HR Consulting firm, supporting organizations at the grassroots level with HR services such as recruitment, onboarding, SOP drafting, policy formulation, and training.
To support ongoing and upcoming projects, I’m looking for a Remote HR Intern or Junior Freelancer who can assist in executing HR tasks on a task-based payment model (pay per deliverable – JD, CV screening, coordination, etc.).
💼 Key Responsibilities
Assisting with job descriptions and CV shortlisting
Candidate coordination and interview scheduling
Drafting SOPs, policies, and HR documents
Updating trackers and basic MIS
Supporting ad-hoc HR tasks
