🚁 Empowering Innovation Through Drone Technology at CSJMU!
Under the visionary guidance of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak, a successful Four-Day Workshop on Drone Technology was organized by the Indo-Russia Hub & GeoScan, in collaboration with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Innovation Foundation.
Held at the CSJM Innovation Foundation Seminar Hall, the workshop aimed to strengthen technical expertise and practical understanding of drone technology, UAV systems, and autonomous flying among faculty members and participants.

🔹 Hands-on drone assembly and UAV integration
🔹 Understanding GeoScan simulation software and applications
🔹 Flight training and operational insights of UAVs
🔹 Exposure to autonomous flying technologies and real-world applications
Faculty members from the University Institute of Engineering Technology (UIET), CSJMU actively participated and gained in-depth exposure to drone assembling, flight operations, software applications, and the working of advanced UAV technologies. The workshop blended theoretical learning with practical implementation, enabling participants to understand the expanding role of drones in industries, research, mapping, surveillance, agriculture, and emerging technologies.
An important focus of the discussions was on future collaboration opportunities, skill development, innovation-driven learning, and creating pathways for students to gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the coming years.
The workshop was successfully conducted with continuous support and coordination from the CSJM Innovation Foundation (CSJMIF) team, whose efforts made the sessions highly informative, interactive, and impactful.
