This Independence Day, we asked our team one simple question -
“What does freedom mean to you?” 🇮🇳

Freedom means something different to each of us.
For some, it’s the freedom to dream.
For some, to create.
For some, to choose their own path.
And for some, simply to be themselves.

Because freedom isn’t just something we celebrate once a year.
It’s something we believe in, every day.

Happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💚

🇮🇳 India was built by many hands.

Hands that sowed seeds.
Hands that built homes.
Hands that stitched dreams into reality.
Hands that turned skill into livelihoods.
And hands that carried generations of craft forward.

This Independence Day, we celebrate the artisans whose hands are not just creating beautiful things- they are creating opportunities, preserving traditions, and building a stronger tomorrow.

Because when an artisan earns with their own hands, a family grows.
When an artisan gets an opportunity, a community moves forward.
And when countless such hands come together, we build a new India. ❤️

Here’s to the hands that built India.
Here’s to the hands that are building its future.

Happy Independence Day 🇮🇳

🇮🇳 Bun Rahe Bharat Naya | Story 12: Kunjal Bhavsar

She lost money. She lost hope. But she never lost herself.

An MBA graduate and a mother, Kunjal Bhavsar started Hands of Kutch with just ₹5,000. When a fraudulent order wiped out her savings and left her in debt, giving up seemed easier than starting again.
But Kunjal chose courage.
With the trust of her community and the support of Kaarigar Clinic, she rebuilt her confidence, fought back, and won the Appo Deepo Bhava Gold Award.

Today, she dreams of taking Hands of Kutch to the world while creating livelihoods for women artisans.

Her story reminds us: sometimes, your strongest comeback begins at your lowest point.
We are proud of Kunjal- for proving that a setback can break your plans, but it can never break a determined woman.

🇮🇳 She chose to rise. She chose to rebuild. She chose to begin again.

This is how we are… Bun Rahe Bharat Naya. ❤️

🇮🇳 Bun Rahe Bharat Naya | Story 10: Dharmila Chad

They told her, “Tum se nahi ho payega.”
She picked up her needle- and changed the story.

From a small village in Kutch, Dharmila Chad dared to see Ahir embroidery differently. She turned traditional stitches into powerful stories of Kutch, nature, wildlife, culture, and social change.

She challenged the boundaries placed on women in her community- travelling alone, embracing social media, and fearlessly taking her art beyond its traditional form.

Her answer to every doubt was simple: create.
Today, her stitches carry not only art, but purpose. She has already distributed books to 8,500 children, proving that when a woman rises, her impact can travel far beyond her own success.
Her freedom is choosing courage over “you can't.”
Her strength is turning tradition into possibility.
Her legacy is lifting others as she rises.

We are proud of Dharmila- a woman who didn't just preserve her heritage.

She gave it a new voice. She gave herself a new identity. And she is helping weave a new India. 🇮🇳❤️

This is how we are… Bun Rahe Bharat Naya.
