Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers using social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. You will be expected to communicate with potential customers to promote our products or services, and gather information about their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, articulate, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using social media platforms.
- Promote our services and answer any questions potential customers may have.
- Gather information about potential customers' needs and preferences to help us improve our offerings.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest in our services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when communicating with potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call quotas.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
