CEIL invites applications from experienced Engineers/ Professionals for empanelment as Consultant Engineers/ Professionals on Per Diem Basis for ongoing and upcoming projects in Oil & Gas, Offshore, Railways, Green Energy, Renewable Energy, HSE Audits and other specialized services.
Empanelment Categories
(A) Technical Services (Oil & Gas), HSE Audits, Railways & Offshore
(i) Consultant Engineer – Senior Level
• Graduate Engineers with minimum 20 years experience
• Diploma/Industrial/Safety Engineers with minimum 22 years experience
• Science Graduates with additional qualification and minimum 25 years experience

(ii) Consultant Engineer – Middle Level
• Graduate Engineers with minimum 14 years experience
• Diploma/Industrial/Safety Engineers with minimum 16 years experience
• Science Graduates with additional qualification and minimum 19 years experience

(iii) Consultant Engineer – Junior Level
• Graduate Engineers with minimum 7 years experience
• Diploma/Industrial/Safety Engineers with minimum 9 years experience
• Science Graduates with additional qualification and minimum 12 years experience

(iv) Consultant Engineers for Shop/Vendor Inspection & Expediting
• Graduate Engineers with minimum 10 years experience
• Diploma/Industrial/Safety Engineers with minimum 15 years experience

(v) Consultant Engineers for Special Services
• Graduate Engineers with minimum 10 years experience
• Candidates possessing certifications such as CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, CP, NDT Level-III, Authorized Inspector etc. preferred

(B) Highly Specialized Services
(i) Deck Officer
• Certificate of Competency issued/endorsed by DG Shipping
• Minimum 2 years onboard experience

(ii) Naval Architect
• Degree in Naval Architecture with relevant experience

(iii) Master Mariner
• Certificate of Competency as Master (FG/NCV)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Master on offshore/ocean-going vessels

(iv) Subject Matter Experts / Specialists
(Fire & Safety, Green Energy, Renewable Energy, Railways, Metro Rail, Nuclear, Rotating Equipment, Contract & Procurement etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with minimum 15 years experience
• Industry-recognized certification / specialized expertise preferred

CEIL delivers Robust Financial Performance in FY 2025-26 with 30.05% rise in Revenue and 19.86% growth in PAT:

Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL) has reported a robust financial performance in FY 2025-26, reflecting strong ex*****on capabilities and sustained business momentum. During this fiscal, CEIL secured its Highest Order Book position, Highest ever Revenue from operations, Highest Profit After Tax (PAT) and Highest ever Earning Per Share (EPS).

During FY 2025-26, CEIL’s revenue from operations increased by 30.05% to ₹80.73 crore, compared to the previous financial year. The company’s profitability also witnessed stellar growth,with Profit After Tax (PAT) surging by 19.86% to ₹24.71 crore over the last year. The Company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) witnessed a growth of 19.86 %, increasing from ₹229.06 to ₹274.56.
CEIL’s business outlook continues to strengthen, supported by a robust and expanding order book.The order book stood at ₹160 crore as against ₹60.48 for FY 2024-25, an increase of 164.55% compared to the previous fiscal.
