Currently we have tied up with HyperGO and Aman International to provide top notch services to our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales Process to attract new Clients.
- Identify & develop new market opportunities.
- Make decisions about products, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Planning for new business environment scopes.
-Co Ordination with Marketing/ Business Development Executives /Managers.
- Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for the team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Good knowledge of B2B in the Hardware shops distribution channel
- Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Able to build relationships, must have ability to influence & manage conflicts.
- Must be able to set goals, plan & manage projects, able to manage risk involved.
- Research & strategic analysis skills.
- Ability to find and develop new markets and improve sales.
- Knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Management and Business Planning.
Experience :
0-3 years working experience in sales department in any distribution channels/companies
(If candidate have an experiences in any distribution agencies related to hardware goods, it will be an added advantage)
