We are Hiring for Senior Engineer( Mechanical and Electrical Services)

Qualification required :
1.B.E ( Mech /Electrical )
2.Should have minimum 5 -7 yrs exp. in similar position with a strong background in construction Engineering and Site Mapping

Design Duties :
1. Manage M&E design which includes Electrical,HVAC,fine protection,vertical transportation,Plumbingg and BMS in the assigned projects
2 .Prepare building services design briefs
3.Laise with facility managers and ensure their requirements with respect to the management and maintenance are incorporated

Construction Duties:
1.Manage & Monitor the Assigned Projects
2.Assist the Project Manager in preparing a coordinated project schedule

Qualification required :

2.Should have knowledge on Oracle Financial GL,AP,FA modules
3.Awareness of TDS,Income Tax,SEZ,Service tax implications

Duties :
1. Organize filing of accounts payable Documents
2 .Should keep a general ledger
3.Preparing bank reconciliation on monthly basis for all bank accounts
4.Preparing half yearly service tax return and yearly income tax return
5.Maintaining Petty cash float and disburse petty cash payment per company policy
