Job description
• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales team.
• Review and answer correspondence with customers over the email & telephone.
• Should be a good strategist to plan & run sales campaigns weekly for various
product verticals to various customer vertical based on the need of the time.
• Should be able to monitor, summarise and report sales activities & day to day
progress of sales in a professional way.
• Provide secretarial or executive services for directors. Provide sales dashboard
reporting and analysis periodically
• Should review the sales receivables regularly and ensure the same is collected
without delay
• Maintaining good connect and relationship with principal vendors
• Should review and digital marketing activities of the company weekly and ensure
the desired result is coming out of that
• She should primarily assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules
and the distribution of any sales/marketing documentation regularly.
• She should be good at preparing quotations & tender documents and then follows
up on any sales proposals made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a
cost best suited for them regularly.
• Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and
friendly manner.
• Must liaise between other departments within the company and the clients to
provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the
department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Must manage target-based sales revenue plans and ensure the company reach
target.
• Ensure over all customers satisfaction in terms of installation, utility, after sales
support etc.
