Business Development Executive
We are looking for a candidate who can build business by identifying prospects and selling our software products and solutions to them. A person who is ambitious and has the ability to achieve sales targets by selling
solutions across a portfolio of software services to businesses.

Job Profile:
1. Market our software products and services to clients by identifying, developing and managing business opportunities across the globe
2. Create interest and awareness for company solutions and services in the international market
3. Cold calling and selling technology services to the US and Canada market
4. Cold calling & handling objections
5. Appointment setting, position IT services/offerings and closure of deals as per quota
6. Lead Generation, Prospect, Qualify. Also sell and close positions with the support of managers.
7. Meeting monthly metrics in every stage of the sales cycle

Requirements:
1. Around 2 years or more of sales experience with international clients
2. Must be comfortable doing cold calls
3. Experience in IT services sales including web / mobile development service with international clients
4. Basic understanding of software technologies like Java, .NET, mobile applications etc.
5. Good exposure to services selling and solutions selling
6. Excellent oral & written communication as well as interpersonal skills
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Must be a good team player
9. Must be ready to work in US Business Hours ( 3PM to 12 AM shift )
10. Must be comfortable working on revenue targets

Experience Required: 1 – 4 years

Academic Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline. BE/ BTech/ MBA will be a plus.
