The drop location I have changed to a shared location(UNC Path). Previously the option "Copy Build output to the server" was selected in the release template. Also opened the port 445 for TCP and UDP in the Azure.

I have tried Database deployment to a server which is in a different domain using DACPAC Deployer. The server connectivity established through ghost accounts and i had successful deployments to the same server using XCOPY Deployer earlier.

I have installed RM server and client in the build server, now I am able to access the build definition. Previously there were no domain trust between build server and RM installed server, but I was able to connect TFS. Issue was related to domain trust I believe...!
