Location: Infopark, Kochi
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Working Partner to join our team in Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Business, finance and recruitment process and be able to identify and source high-quality candidates. They will also be able to build relationships with clients and candidates, and develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and source high-quality candidates
· Build relationships with clients and candidates
· Develop and execute successful recruitment strategies
· Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
· Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
· Expand the client base pan India
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
· 20 + years of experience in recruitment and business in general.
· Strong understanding of the recruitment process
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and lead teams.
· Business acumen, Strong organizational and time management skills
