Position hiring for: Supervisor
Alarc Trade is looking for a Supervisor to help grow our newly formed organization. You will be part of, and look after, a team that will be responsible for the initial stage of development and tasks that will help scale the company.
About Alarc Trade:
Alarc Trade is a newly formed company that will operate in the e-commerce sphere. We plan to create a platform where third-party sellers can sell new or old products to prospective buyers. We are currently working on both an app and a website as well and which is going to launch soon.
Role and Responsibilities of the Supervisor:
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders (Owners, Tech and SEO teams) to help grow the company.
• Design a plan with the consultation of the CEO and Directors keeping in mind the team available at your disposal
• Benchmark Alarc Trade’s progress vis-a-vis competition and work on actionable points to ensure the success of the plan.
• Own Profit and Loss and growth responsibilities of the company.
• Recruit, train, manage and guide a team that will be assembled over the next few months if and when necessary to ensure continuous growth of the organization.
• Be responsible for the monthly targets and ensure that the KRA is met at all times.
• Conduct regular quality analysis and audit of the website and make suggestions to help improve it

Who are we looking for?
• A candidate with some understanding of SEO (Off-Page, On-Page, Technical) and Social Media Management, will be preferred for this role.
• Growth Mindset, Business Acumen, Analytical and Marketing Skills are also preferred for this position.
• Ability to work independently is key because there may be times where you will have to make decisions on the spot without consulting the CEO at all times.
• While we would like the candidate to have prior experience in the field, anyone, even a fresher, can apply for the position as long as you have the energy, are passionate about it, and are willing to put in the work this will require to become a success.
Salary : Negotiable.
