•Experience: 2+ years in tele calling or customer service.
•Key Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi and Bengali ; lead management; active listening; and basic CRM/Excel knowledge.
•Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
2️⃣ Lady Academic Counselor
As an Academic Counselor, you will be the face of the institute, helping students choose the right career path in the pharmaceutical sector.
•Role: Converting leads into admissions, conducting one-on-one counseling, and managing the student lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
•Experience: 4+ years in academic counseling or high-value sales (Education sector preferred).
•Key Skills: Strong convincing power, empathy, professional grooming, and a proven track record of meeting admission targets.
•Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
3️⃣ Male Marketing Executive (Educational Courses)
We are seeking a dynamic and field-ready Marketing Executive to expand our brand presence and drive institutional growth.
•Role: Field marketing, visiting colleges/universities, conducting seminars, and building a network for student recruitment.
•Experience: 3+ years in field marketing or business development (preferably in the education or training industry).
•Key Skills: Strong networking abilities, willingness to travel, and the ability to present to large groups.
•Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives/Conveyance.
