What is the first thing that comes to my head is my dream “Company.” Live your life and dream on. Dreaming is good because one can dream while sleeping or with open eyes day dreaming, any time any moment. Dream should be such that it will not let you sleep or eat or do anything properly. It gives a strange quantum of energy and happiness that will give you the strength and power to fulfill your dr
eams. Since my childhood days I always dreamt of doing a business. I always wanted to become an “Entrepreneur.”Then in my college days the urge to do something different and open a business stirred me completely. ADR was my longtime dream which was finally fulfilled in 2015. Like every aspect we also have our own share of story. This story is really very special because it touches my heart very deeply and is connected to me. THIS IS MY DREAM! THIS IS MY JOURNEY! I started my business in the year 2012. After starting the business, we served many customers and earned a good reputation in the market. It was going quiet well and I wanted to expand my business. So IT Solutions, Hardware Sales and Service, Hotels along with Tourism sector were added to give a new dimension to my business. Our primary goal or aim has always been Customer Satisfaction. We always tried to surprise our clients. We were really a bit different not only in packages but also in pricing (as we kept original prices). I always wanted to make my customers happy. So we arranged for pocket-friendly services. I always wanted to be overall a complete new identity in the industry. The employees of my company are my family. They are valuable assets of the company. They have the right to take part in all decision making process of the various ventures. They make the decision making unit. We are a team overall. It helps in the smooth running of the business of the company. We should always be optimistic. My main strength has always been my honesty. There were many factors which I had to keep in mind. There was a huge risk factor. But I had to take the risk factor. I had to change tension into positivity. It was that part of life which I had to accept calmly. I was always taught to face the problem and rise. Whenever I was in a problem, I always faced it and came out with a positive solution. It was really a challenge to overcome all the barriers and reach the final destination. The most important part was “Self Realization” i.e. I had to make things clear about what I wanted. What was my goal? What was the purpose? About everything. So I was the sole responsible authority for each and every part of my dream venture. There are certain inspirations in my life. One is Arup Kumar Sarkar (My Father-My Heaven) Mrs. Dipali Sarkar (My Mother) and Ms. Deepmala Basak Certainly their presence motivated my life and changed it into a totally new direction. Also my entire family’s constant support encouraged me throughout. I would also like to mention a few more persons without whose support my venture would not have turned out to be what it is today. First of all Mr.Prasenjit Dey (Friend & Advisor of ADR), then Mr. Saidul Islam (Marketing Manager) He is handling the Tourism Sector. He has a great deal of experience and knowledge about tourism industry. He brilliantly arranges for all tours and hotels. Then the most sincere and hard working person Mr. Rahul Karmakar (IT Manager also a Partner of ADR) is extremely talented and is a perfectionist in this field. He is the maker of latest software solutions and apps. He took over the entire task with great excellence. He came at once at my rescue and also Mr. Abunasar Gazi (Hardware Sales and Service Manager) is very knowledgeable and is the best Service Engineer and he is handling this area with great care. And finally the most creative person Mr. Nish*t Mondol (Creativity Development Project Head) is the founder of Line Acting Project. He makes new innovations. He is the creative and genius mind behind this project. He is extremely dedicated in this area. Another important name is Mr. Ajit Kumar Bose who had been standing like a pillar beside me, he teaches me regularly and encourage me all the time. I also want to take some name who are my most important family member, who help me by their honesty and great service-Ms. Swati Chatterjee,Ms. Toorna Gupta, Mr. Robin Ghosh, Mr. Sajal Sikder, Mr. Mandal. These people are the heart and soul of my company. Because of their constant support my long awaited dream ADR SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. came into existence on 7th June 2015. It was really a very proud moment to launch my dream company. I had tears in my eyes. But now this is just the beginning.
