Most cakes fail not because of bakingโฆ but because of the cream.
Hereโs my perfect stable whipped cream recipe (bakery-style ๐)
โจ Ingredients:
1 cup chilled whipping cream
2โ3 tbsp icing sugar
ยฝ tsp vanilla essence
โจ Method:
Always use very cold cream + chilled bowl
Start whipping on low, then increase speed
Add sugar gradually
Stop at stiff peaks (donโt overwhip โ)
โจ Pro Tips:
โ Overwhipping = grainy/butter
โ Underwhipping = runny cream
โ Chill before piping for best results
