🖊 Skill : We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager for our Rice Industry unit. The candidate will be responsible for overall factory operations including production, manpower handling, maintenance, quality control, dispatch, safety, and achieving production targets efficiently.
🖊Job Details : Manage complete rice mill/factory operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure smooth production of rice processing, grading, sorting, polishing, and packaging.
• Monitor production targets and maintain productivity as per company standards.
• Supervise machine operations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling.
• Maintain quality standards of raw materials and finished products.
• Handle manpower planning, shift management, and worker discipline.
• Ensure proper stock management of paddy, rice, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and warehouse departments.
• Maintain factory safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
• Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, labour laws, and food safety standards.
• Monitor utility consumption such as electricity, boiler, and fuel usage.
