Mystical Meditation.

The Indian mystics used various techniques of meditation, to connect with higher levels of consciousness.
The possibility of different states of consciousness is not a common knowledge and easy to understand. Some dimension of consciousness is very easy to understand, like deep sleep and dreaming state. The experience of waking state is totally different from the other two state. These three states of consciousness is easily accessible. But there are many more state which is not accessible to common people, this non ordinary phenomena happens which are mystical.
Mystical meditation is listening to the inner self, and to acquire the creative forces of higher consciousness. It only happens after closing the mind to all external stimuli.
The energy of the cosmos itself is acting through the mystics, and in this state there is no longer control on the state, in this state of pure consciousness you can only experience your pure inner self.
In this state when you completely surrender every thing to the higher consciousness, every worldly desire vanishes, ego, anger, greed and other sensual activities goes forever.

Mind-Matter relation is a philosophical and scientific puzzles, which cannot be solved through conceptual analysis. Scientists, spiritualists and philosophers tried their best to solve the puzzles since 18th century onwards, but till their is no unified theory to solve it.
Most recent some philosopher's and scientist convinced themselves that their own consciousness does not exists.
Mind and the matter are composed of different substances, the scientific and philosophical view is that mind and matters are fundamentally distinct kind of substances or nature's. So their is duality.
Why duality? The basic problem of duality arises when we examines the experience we gather from the nature of observation of cosmos. What our physical senses allow us to experience may not reflect what actually exists. It is the creation of own mind and matter.
The unchanging reality behind the changing of scientific and philosophical theories, is in effect the root cause of pervasive ignorance which afflicts the human condition.
At last,I really do not know that why then has there been so much resistance to recognising this fundamental truth?That consciousness has an intrinsic role to play in the base of fundamental reality.

Mind is non material, but it is most powerful weapon of consciousness. There is an interplay between mind and brain.Mind is not in brain, but correlated with brain. Mind is a non material digital canvas, where our thoughts, feelings, memories and beliefs are projected. Mind is the source of our behaviours. The mind is an information processing entity. Mind is the principal source of our existence in this planet.

Pace and time is an illusion. If you want to be a high vibrational being, to attain the clarity, and to know the reality of the cosmos, the foundation of higher vibration is purely simple, organic living.
If you vibrate in a low frequency your inner energies become denser and you won't get clarity. The higher the frequency of your vibration, you will feel very light physically, mentally and emotionally. Higher vibration opens your extra vision of clarity, and you will realise, that there is no duality. The space around you is unreal, the one and only reality is pure consciousness.
Pace and time is an illusion, there is no such thing as past, present and future. Only pure consciousness is real and rest of the cosmos is illusion (unreal).
