Market working...
For the last two days I worked in seven peripheral markets of three small towns with the livewire traditional trade sales team of RSPL GROUP and it was fun with new learning!
KEY LEARNING: Secondary sales is the foundation for any business. And especially in led business, the secondary sales objectives must be achieved through a daily disciplined approach. It gives stability, offtake, market dominance to the organization which result in sustained profitable growths year after year keeping the competition away.
