Job Summary:
The Person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business developmental activities of Transportation Safety Division Products in the Mumbai / Maharashtra state. Shall Promote Safer roads concept with different stake holders in the road infrastructure segement including PWD, Cities, government authorities, consultants, Police and large road Infra contractors. Understand customer pain area's, analyse and develop innovative solutions. Expand customer and channel base. Identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain Key Accounts relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
* End to end channel & client relationship and Key account management.
* Coverage of assigned Market / area, demonstration of products & presentation to top officials.
* Conducting seminars to create awareness and differentiation of the products
* Incorporation of product specification in Government tenders
* Shall Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer’s requirement, markets and business challenges
* Develop opportunity hopper and manage it through Sales Automation tools. * Forecasting, sales plan development, marketing plan ex*****on with growth mindset.
* Achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory on monthly and year-on-year basis.
* Channel sales team training, development and managing account receivable * Shall collaborate with cross functional teams for customer service and complaint management
Job Qualifications:
1. B.E / M.B.A with proven Sales track record.
2. 8-10 years of experience in core sales.
3. Good understanding of doing business with Government Departments like NHAI, PWD, SMART City and Municipal Corporation, rural roads etc.
4. Experience of sales to Road Infrastructure Projects / Companies / Government Instituions.
5. Expereince in conducting seminar / Product demonstration for large customer gatherings.
6. Expereince in Concept Selling / Specification Incorporation / Tender Generation.
