The role will be responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives across business functions, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition while enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate must bring proven expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, ATS, and FMCG industry connections.
Conduct resume screening, initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate panel interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely candidate feedback and strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer rollouts, LOI, and appointment letters in coordination with HR operations.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and documentation.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles in FMCG functions.
Partner with management on employer branding, campus recruitment, job fairs, and networking events.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and employment laws.

Required Skills & Competencies
4+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of end-to-end recruitment.
Mandatory experience in FMCG industry hiring.
Proficiency with job portals, ATS systems, LinkedIn, and referral-based hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Screening Criteria
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
✅ Current / Previous experience in the FMCG industry.
