🚨 Important GST Update for West Bengal Businesses 🚨

📢 E-Way Bill Limit Reduced for Intra-State Movement

From 1st June 2026, E-Way Bill generation will be mandatory for movement of goods within West Bengal if the consignment value exceeds ₹50,000 (except job work transactions).

✅ Key Highlights:

✔ Threshold reduced to ₹50,000
✔ Applicable for intra-state movement
✔ Job work transactions remain exempt
✔ Effective from 01.06.2026

📢 Important Update from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)

🚀 MCA is set to launch the final set of 38 new Company Forms (including 13 Annual Filing & 6 Audit/Cost Audit Forms) on 14th July 2025 at 12:00 AM via the V3 MCA21 Portal.

🔔 Key Points for Stakeholders:

1️⃣ Company e-filings on V2 portal will be disabled from 18th June 2025 (12:00 AM).
👉 Ensure no SRNs are left in payment/resubmission status before this date.

2️⃣ Offline payments (Pay Later) in V2 will be stopped from 8th June 2025 (12:00 AM).
💳 Use only online modes like Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking.

3️⃣ V3 Portal Downtime Alert:
⛔ Will be unavailable from 9th July 2025 (12:00 AM) to 13th July 2025 (11:59 PM).
⚠️ File/resubmit current V3 forms before 9th July – no fee waivers or extensions will be provided.

4️⃣ Update your user account:
✅ Create or upgrade to a V3 ‘Business User’ ID and associate your DSC.

5️⃣ Act on pending SRNs:
📄 Upload required details for SRNs pending for ‘Investor’ or ‘Subsidiary’ info by 17th June 2025 to avoid them being marked as NTBR.
