SEO and PPC Strategies
What's is SEO and PPC ?
SEO and PPC are two different digital marketing strategies that businesses use to drive traffic to their websites and increase their online visibility.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, which involves optimizing a website and its content to rank higher in the organic search results of search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. The goal of SEO is to improve the quality and quantity of website traffic by increasing the website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). SEO involves various techniques such as optimizing website content, building high-quality backlinks, improving website speed and user experience, and using relevant keywords.
PPC stands for Pay-per-Click advertising, which is a form of online advertising where businesses pay for each click on their ads. In PPC advertising, businesses bid on keywords and phrases that are relevant to their products or services. When a user searches for those keywords, the ads appear at the top or bottom of the search engine results pages (SERPs). Businesses only pay for the clicks they receive on their ads, hence the name "pay-per-click." PPC can be an effective way to drive targeted traffic to a website and increase conversions.
While SEO and PPC are different strategies, they can complement each other to achieve a business's marketing goals. SEO can help businesses achieve long-term, sustainable traffic growth, while PPC can provide quick and targeted traffic to support short-term marketing campaigns or fill gaps in traffic that SEO has not yet filled.
