I owe you all an apology for this late post!

Truth is, Sukanya has been after me for years to write something...anything for magazines that care more about real stories than hot takes. But I’ve never quite seen myself that way. A storyteller, maybe. But a writer? That still feels like someone else’s title, not mine.
She believed in me anyway.

So, I gave in. I wrote “Jeevan Smriti”, a a time travel piece about my childhood for Bhromon Pakhi’s Puja Barshiki 2025 edition. It’s a travel magazine with real weight, real history. And honestly? I was terrified. What if it wasn’t good enough? What if my memories didn’t translate onto paper the way they lived in my head?

But I wrote it. And somewhere in that process, the fear gave way to something else... something that felt true.

I’m sharing it with you now. Not because I think it’s perfect, but because these are the stories that shaped me. And if you’ve stuck around this long, you’re part of this journey too.

I’d love to know what you think.

Finally got my hands on the X-T30 III last night, and honestly? I’m smitten.

There’s something about holding a camera that actually looks like a camera, you know? That centered viewfinder just pulls you in, and the grip… it just feels right. Like it belongs there.

At 378 grams, this thing is ridiculously light. I’ve been carrying it last evening without even thinking about it…over my shoulder, tossed in my bag, always there when something catches my eye. And that’s the thing I’m noticing more now. Little moments I would’ve walked right past before.

It’s not flashy or complicated. Just beautifully simple, the way good tools should be. Point, shoot, capture something worth keeping. That’s it!

Turns out you don’t need a “special occasion” to tell a story.

Sometimes the best ones start on a random Sunday. 😎

After watching some fabulous reels, I had finally decided to visit this weekend. With its European whispers, cosy corners, gentle lights and an easy elegance, this newly opened space feels less like a café and more like a pause you didn’t know you needed.

I had their signature beverage, Biscoff Frappe—velvety, indulgent, unapologetically comforting. Each sip carried that familiar caramelised warmth, indulgent yet refined, the kind that lingers long after the glass is empty. Across the table, my friends explored hazelnut and chocolaty smoothies.

What truly stays with me, though, is the mood. Conversations flowed unhurried and time politely waited its turn. is not just about what’s on the menu; it’s about how effortlessly it invites you to stay a little longer.

A charming new address in Thane…best discovered one sip at a time. ☕️

I was in Thailand when the 2025 earthquake struck, witnessing the moment and its immediate aftermath firsthand.

Later, I appeared on prime time with Republic TV to share on-ground perspective — focusing on impact, preparedness, and the importance of calm, factual dialogue during unfolding events.

When clarity matters most, presence makes the difference.

I am an eating enthusiast who loves going out to eat with my friends and family, and as much as I’m eager for to reopen. In the last two and half months, I grew tired on having homemade foods. Even the kind of stuffs I get through Swiggy were not up to the mark! Last week, I came to know that my favourite joint Milee Droog Cafe & Bistro has started their operation from their iconic Gorky Sadan outlet. Hence couldn't resist myself to taste some of their new delicacies. But, before stepping out from my office, the immediate question which strike my mind was if it’s safe to dine out in this situation as I have old parents at home. My worries were immediately resolved by , owner of Milee Droog. He assured me that no need to get panicked as his restaurant is strictly following all the guidelines provided by Govt. and not catering too many guests at one time. Later I checked upon my visit that how he takes great care of his guests.

Why should I have all the fun when parents are at home? Keeping in mind, I had ordered and along with for them at unbelievable rates. costs me Rs 140 each while the costs me only Rs 240 each!! My foodie friends must try the and here. Unfortunately, they said they had to Indianise some of the dishes a bit as people here like things spicy. What a bummer! For the un-adventurous, they also have , and and .
