Good morning.
I'm Shubhranshu Banerjee from VIBRO SOLVER, India.
I started my carrier in the year 1980 by joining in Flakt India Limited later on changed the name globally as Howden, France and continued up to 2002, onwards 2002,started my own company in the same field of vibrations and Sound analysis of fans.
I'm the entrepreneur and freelancer of Vibro Solver and strongly believe that a service engineer should have a thorough knowledge about erections to eliminate the unwanted problems after commissioning of fans.

Carry out the supervitions of erections and commissioning of heavy-duty fans with motor in the range of MW and keeping in mind that a slightest mistake will generate vast amounts of problems and rectification time as per thumb rules 8times more than the erections times. Also gets delayed in the commissioning of the entire plants as per pre-approved days by the management.

I have the finger nail and hands on experiences to realize the type of vibrations frequencies where the probes of the vibrations analyser can't get the access to measure the severity of vibrations frequencies.
This is in a nutshell about Vibro Solver and I am exited to hear from you.

Also carry out the supervitions of erections and commissioning of heavy-duty fans with motor in the range of MW, keeping in mind that a slight mistake in the erections will make vast amounts of problems during comissioning and getting delayed in the commissioning of the entire plants as per pre-approved days of the customers.

Good morning , I am Shubhranshu Banerjee from Vibro Solver in India.
This picture is of ID fan of a big alluminium factory and after rectifications, gradually increasing from 1.5mm/sec to 7mm/sec within three days.
Again I have tried but the resut becoming the same.
There were 8 nos same fans.
Then I found the actual source of problems.
I told my immediate customer and they were not agreed to the rectification because they have handever their project.
On date the same problem remain as same.

Good morning, I am Shubhranshu Banerjee from Vibro Solver in India.
This picture is of sound analysis of new range of set of fans along with R&D engineer from Howden, France.
We carryied out the sound anaysis of ID fans of blast furnace of a big steel plant. Maximum sound level was 109 dB(A), which is the highest sound level faced by us. The sound level was bring down to 83dB(A), reducing 26dB(A), which is the ever lowest sound level done by Vibro Solver.

Good morning. Vibro Solver is an expert in increasing the efficiencies of bag filters and houses to minimise motor power consumption. Normally bag filters are operating, in the range of 55% to 65%, instead of +82 percentage. Thus the percentage increases in the efficiencies, and the same amount of percentage of power, minimises in the motor. So if 50 per cent bag filters can be set right, an extensive amount of money can be saved in a year.

Most of the cement plant has only a grinding unit which suffers from the wagon tippler bag house. Almost all the fumes of the clinker dust are escaping into the atmosphere instead of collecting in the wagon tippler bag house.

On an aver, 6 tonnes of clinker dust is available per wagon, and 60 wagons are vacated in a day, which means 360 tons of clinker dust escape to the atmosphere. Per year consider 300 days instead of 360 days because of the shutdown. The amount of dust wastage by 108,00 tons.

If it is assumed the price of clinker dust is0 INR 5000 per ton, the losses will be INR 54 Cr. for a wagon tippler with a single bag house. if the bag house is two nos in one wagon tippler, the value will be INR108 Cr.

This is a practical phenomenon in all cement plants.

If a person can make a mistake, another person can rectify the same.
Based on the above theory, Vibro Solver carry the activities in cement power and steel sectors of fan vibrations and sound analysis.
Also, increase the efficiency of bag filters to reduce the motor power, by which customers can earn large amounts of money.
The most critical area is the wagon tippler, where almost all the clinker dust escapes into the atmosphere without absorbing in the bag house.
If Vibro Solver calculates monetary benefits, it will be not less than INR 95 Cr/ USD(I) for one bag house of wagon tippler. If there are two bag houses in a single wagon tippler, then the amount will be INR190 Cr/ USD(I). In a cement plant, there are two wagon tipplers and four-bag houses. The total amount of profit will be INR 380 Cr. The investment of the money for the rectification is very minimum, systems modification and change of impeller.
