If you don't have a day (s) to prep on the calendar, chances are it isn't going to happen - prioritize it! I prep my content monthly, so I do my batching over a few days to spread it out, here's what that looks like:
Ideation: I start by outlining my post topics and
organizing them in Trello my project management tool.
Visualization: Next, I lay out my grid view in Planable, incorporating color blocks for graphics or selecting photos that align with my post topics.
Content Creation: I craft my carousels, reels, or any other content formats I've planned using Canva
Caption Crafting: With the visuals in place, I write captivating captions that resonate with my audience utilizing Planable's Al caption writing tool when needed!
Finishing Touches: I add hashtags, locations, and tags as needed, then schedule everything seamlessly using Planable.
