Job Description- Digital Marketing
Social media:
1. Ideation, planning & curation of monthly Social media calendar for the company
2. Preparation of Monthly Paid promotion plan for Music setting up an aforesaid budget for the month ahead in terms of social media marketing as well as other digital modes like google ads .
Similarly, creation of analytic reports in connection to the same.
3. Helping curate Digital marketing elements to aid Brand Managers in connection to campaigns planned on a regular basis - like campaign specific posters, social media creatives, reels, helping organise video demo shoots for YouTube videos
4. Keeping a constant check on Brand's digital reputation - through monitoring feedback portals like google reviews , social media comments , messages - and ensuring things are in sync with the brand's values and persona.
5. Activation of promotional campaigns in connection to the online website - coordinating from creation of creatives to having promotions / banners live from the website back end.
6. Events/ concert specific Marketing materials arrangement for digital promotions - coordinating with the right time to have things done at the right time.
7. Acting as a marketing median between stores and digital consumers - planning on offline marketing activities which can have a digital leverage thereby asking people to come visit stores
8. Responsible for sending out emailers to existing database of customers, music teachers, any other leads. Also responsible to have creatives made for WhatsApp promotion in case required.
9. Responsible for provisioning Marketing Aid to Dealers for digital promotions.
Offline Marketing
1. Responsible to ensure Marketing elements across Pan India showrooms are intact at all times. Provisioning aid in this connection where necessary changes - additions, up dations, deletions are required.
These marketing elements include -
Posters , Piano tags , Product Marketing related stickers, product related tags in smaller elements perspective and
In store branding - vinyl, flex, sunboard prints , signages ,frames inside the store, LED screens in stores,
2. Marketing material arrangements for showrooms in connection to specific brand campaigns, or particular events. These may include materials like leaflets, posters, brochures, merchandise if any - on a case to case basis.
3. Responsible for fabrication of stalls when brands are to be represented at exhibitions & making other arrangements in connection to having the setup facilitated for the team - be it in terms of booking the stalls at the nascent stage to arrangement of entry & exit passes for staff on the event days.
4. External events related branding arrangements where necessary. Not limited to branding but also curation, setting up of things where needed. Eg: Prithvi Festival
5. Offline marketing aid for customers where necessary particularly for specific customisation requests, etc , & likewise, dealers as well on the distribution front in terms of branding requirements at dealer venues.
6. Activating offline promotion activities in stores. From curation and marketing of workshops/clinics , demos, live sessions.
7. Coordinating with store teams to get customer-centric photos, ensuring a decorum is followed in the arrangements & thereby making the same available for digital marketing promotions
Sponsorship & Associations Management
1. Being a bridge between third parties & management for sponsorship based proposals - reviewing proposals with management & executing them in the right manner - including coordinating with events team, brand managers, external third party, logistics team, accounts team to ensure the right system is followed in the processing of these requests & deliverables from third parties are well evidenced through marketing reports post the event.
2. Ensuring marketing materials required in connection to sponsorships are arranged in order as per requirement of the events.
Vendor Management
1. One of the most important responsibilities is maintaining the right rapport with vendors in connection to marketing related work undertaken where ever needed .
2. Classifying vendors based on economic costs, quality of work, geographic location, feasibility to get work done in time, payment modalities & accordingly reaching out for requirements.
3. Negotiating on costs before finalizing ultimate charges in connection to a certain job.
4. Marketing related assistance - Online & offline or both ,in aspects of specific requirements as and when necessary for other brands including Trinity College London, Hal Leonard, Con Brio Foundation, Steinway & Sons.
