I am Roshni Bhowmick Mother of Patient Name Sampriti Bhowmick, Age-7
She has admitted to your Hospital Apollo on 17/04/2023 because of dehydration follow up by Dr. Avishek Poddar.
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident occurred yesterday's night(21/04/2023).I want to file a complaint against Dr Sudipta Chaudhary,His behaviour towards patients is very unethical .I don't think So he follows the certain rules and regulations to be a proper doctor.He doesn't have basic empathy.
During the visit he spoke to my daughter in a very harsh and unpleasant tone ,which made her panic and frightened.It is my belief that a doctor's duty extend beyond providing medical care and inclueds communicating with patients in a compassionate and respectful manner. His behaviour towards my daughter was unacceptable ,and it caused a great panic and anxiety.
I sincerely request you to take note of my feedback and ensure that future visits to your Apollo Hospital are not fraught with such unpleasant experiences for young patients.
