CATEGORY 1:
HS PASS
SCANNING KNOWLEDGE
0-1.5 YRS EXP.
MOTOR CYCLE (FUEL REIMBURSEMENT 2.5/KM)
At each district level, 4 scanner operator & 2 helper position is presently vacant.
• Such employees will be part of a team consisting of 2 scanner operators & 1 helper.
• Eligibility conditions of such employees will be as under:
✓ Academic Qualification: Must be HS Pass
✓ Must have high-speed scanning experience and good typing speed
✓ Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license by own name and should agree to use a two-wheeler along with team members in companies’ jobs against transport reimbursement by the company.
• Such scanner operators will be given 1-week training in Fujisto A3 & A4 scanners.
• Accordingly, payment will be calculated at the rate of Rs. 0.27/A4 page and Rs. 0.80/A3 page. The total pay-out on a month will be then converted to monthly wages @ Rs. 17,674/- CTC and Rs. 13,884/- as net salary. The helper will get a 75% of the combined net salary of 2 scanner operators.
CATEGORY 2:
B.TECH/ BCA GRADUATES
2 YRS TOTAL EXP.
MOTOR CYCLE (FUEL REIMBURSEMENT 2.5/KM)
Required Eligibility Criteria:
i. Academic Qualification: Must have secured at least 40% marks in 10+2 exams
ii. Must have scanning experience.
iii. Typing speed in English & Bengali (Google IME) with a minimum 20WPM.
v. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the IT field.
vi. Working exposure of SQL will be preferable.
vii. Excellent written & communication skills in English & Bengali.
viii. Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license by own name.
Terms & Conditions of Employment Agreement:
1. Probationary Period:
The first six months (06) of employment will be considered a probationary period. This period may be shortened or extended based on your performance and suitability and management's discretion. During this period, either party may terminate the employment with 30 days’ notice.
In case of an exceptionally competent candidate suiting the requirement of the company in the selection process itself, duly confirmed by a higher-level committee of the company, employment can be given directly on a regular basis without probation and in such case, salary will also be of a regular employee
2. Remuneration:
a) During the first 6 months of the probation period, the selected employee will get a monthly net salary of ₹13,764.00 and a monthly Cost-to-Company (CTC) of ₹17,807.00, subject to applicable deductions and taxes.
b) After successfully completion 6 months’ probation period, the employee will get a monthly net salary of a minimum ₹17,734.00 and a monthly Cost-to-Company (CTC) of ₹21,937.00, subject to applicable deductions and taxes.
c) Employee will be paid @ 2.5 rupees/Km for using own two-wheeler to work. It will be given in addition to Wages.
