A fire alarm “trouble” signal isn’t something to ignore.
When your fire alarm panel displays a trouble condition, it’s your system letting you know that something needs attention. It doesn’t necessarily mean there’s an emergency, but it could indicate a communication issue, low backup batteries, damaged devices, wiring problems, or another condition that may affect your system’s performance.

Addressing trouble signals early can help prevent larger issues, reduce nuisance alarms, and keep your building’s fire protection system operating as intended.

If your panel is showing a trouble signal, it’s worth having it checked before it turns into a bigger problem.

Have questions about your fire alarm system or need troubleshooting? We’d be happy to help.

A little time to celebrate the people who keep Certified moving. 👏
We wrapped up the summer with a team day at Topgolf and had a great time getting everyone together outside of work. A big thank you to our team for all the hard work, long days, and dedication you’ve put in this summer.🔥
And thank you to everyone who brought their families out to join us! We appreciate not only what our team does every day, but the people who support them along the way.
We’re lucky to have a crew like this. Thanks for all you do, Certified team! 🤝

👏 Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Michael!
Michael is the kind of teammate every company hopes to have. From keeping our shop and yard running smoothly to making sure materials and equipment get where they need to be, he's always willing to step up and get the job done.
What stands out most is his positive attitude. No matter what the day throws at him, Michael shows up ready to work and helps keep our team moving forward. His hard work behind the scenes doesn't always get the spotlight, but it makes a difference every single day.
Thanks for everything you do, Michael, we appreciate you and are proud to have you on the Certified team. Keep up the great work! 👏
