Bijoli Grill is one such story.
A name deeply associated with Bengali food and Kolkata's culinary heritage, Bijoli Grill began its journey in 1947 under the vision of Debu Barik, who transformed a humble eatery in Bhawanipore into one of Bengal's most recognised names in catering.
Over the decades, the business evolved—from catering and large-scale events to restaurants, quick-service formats, institutional catering and a growing presence across India. Today, Bijoli Grill has restaurants in cities including Kolkata, Delhi/NCR and Mumbai, while continuing to expand its footprint.
