Last date for filing TDS Return of IV quarter of FY 2013-14 is 15.05.2014.
Penalty for late filing of TDS return is Rs 200 per day from due date of filing return to date of submission of return.

VAT & CST
Last date for payment of VAT & CST for period 01.01.2014 to 31.03.2014 is 14 April, 2014.
Last date for filing return (VAT 10) of above period is 15.05.2014/30.05.2014.
E-payment is mandatory for the assessee who has deposited more than Rs 1,00,000 (VAT+CST) in preceding year....

INCOME TAX
Form 15G is used for lower/no deduction of TDS.
Form 15H is same as form 15G, the only difference is that later is to be used for senior citizens..
These should be used only when you have estimated income lower than basic exemption limit..
