*പുനർമൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം (Reassessment) - Section 27C(2)*

പാഡി ലാൻഡ് ആൻഡ് വെറ്റ് ലാൻഡ് ആക്ട് Section 27C(2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമിയുടെ പുനർമൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം, *Section 27A പ്രകാരം മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയ ഭൂമികൾക്ക് മാത്രമല്ല, Section 9 പ്രകാരം താമസ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി നികത്തിയ ഭൂമികൾക്കും* ബാധകമാണ്.

*(Reassessment of land under Section 27C(2) applies not only to lands converted under Section 27A but also to lands reclaimed for residential purposes under Section 9.)*

*വാക്കുകളുടെ പ്രസക്തി (Interpretation of Terms):*

ഈ നിയമത്തിൽ “reclamation”, “conversion” എന്നീ വാക്കുകൾ പരസ്പരം മാറ്റിസ്ഥാപിക്കാവുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ, section 27C(2)-ൽ “reclamation” എന്ന വാക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം *പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല എന്ന കാരണത്താൽ Section9 പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമികളെ ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല.*

*(Since "reclamation" and "conversion" are used interchangeably in the Act, lands under Section 9 cannot be excluded just because the term "reclamation" is absent in Section 27C(2).)*

*തഹസിൽദാറുടെ അധികാരം (Authority of Tahsildar):*

Section 27C(2) പ്രകാരം പുനർമൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം നടത്താനും രേഖകളിൽ തിരുത്തലുകൾ വരുത്താനും *തഹസിൽദാർക്ക് (Land Records) അധികാരമുണ്ട്.* ഇത് Section 9 പ്രകാരം നികത്തിയ ഭൂമികൾക്കും ബാധകമാണ്.

(The Tahsildar (Land Records) has the authority to conduct reassessment and update records under Section 27C(2), even for lands reclaimed under Section 9.)
