What changes for you:
→ No need to submit physical payment receipts for EODC closure
→ Your payment data (post 1 Aug 2026) auto-reflects on the DGFT Customer Portal
→ Regional Authorities will treat this system data as the official record

Before you file your next EODC application—check your Voluntary Payment Details on the DGFT Customer Portal. A mismatch here can stall your closure.

The DGFT has notified six new Standard Input Output Norms (SIONs) under Chemical & Allied Product Group 'A' through SION Nos. A-3682 to A-3687.

The newly introduced SIONs cover:

* A-3682 – Artemether
* A-3683 – Artesunate
* A-3684 – Dihydro Artemisinin
* A-3685 – Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets
* A-3686 – [Product as per notification]
* A-3687 – [Product as per notification]

These additions enable Regional Authorities to issue Advance Authorisations directly, helping streamline export approvals and reduce processing timelines for exporters.

The move is expected to enhance efficiency, improve transparency, and bring greater uniformity to export authorization procedures across the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.

The Government of India has revised the export policy for Raw Sugar, White Sugar, and Refined Sugar from “Restricted” to “Prohibited” with immediate effect till 30th September 2026. ⚠️

However, exports under:
✔️ EU & USA CXL/TRQ Quota
✔️ Advance Authorization Scheme (AAS)
✔️ Government-to-Government approvals
✔️ Existing consignments already in export pipeline

will continue as per notified conditions. 📦🌍

✔️ Reduces transaction costs and repetitive approvals
✔️ Supports ease of doing export business

💡 Exporters can continue using ratified norms during the extended validity period without repeated approvals, subject to applicable conditions.
