Do you like eating Rajma with 1:-rice or 2:-tandoori roti? These heirloom beans, like jewels of health, lie nestled among turquoise granules that merely accentuate their quiet magnificence. Soon, from each humble seed, a three-pointed leaf shall unfurl, multiplying into a delicate flurry of white blossoms. In time, slender pods will form, maturing with grace into what we know as rajma a seed both ancient and nourishing. This rare assortment, gathered lovingly from the misted foothills of the Himalayas, I now entrust to the waiting earth. It is a gesture of faith, of continuity, of life renewed beneath the soil’s dark script, written in nature’s own timeless cursive.
