**Star Security & Management Services** is looking for an experienced and performance-driven **Branch Manager** from the **Security Services / Facility Management / Manpower Operations** industry.
# # # 🔹 Key Requirements
* **8–10 years** of experience in private security services, guarding, facility management, or manpower operations.
* Proven experience in independently managing **branch operations and large guard forces** across multiple client sites.
* Strong understanding of **P&L management**, including revenue growth, budgeting, cost control, profitability, billing, collections, and pricing.
* Experience in **client retention, complaint resolution, quality audits, recruitment, training, deployment, and replacement management**.
* Good knowledge of **PSARA, labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance**.
* Ability to generate **new business**, negotiate with clients, and build long-term customer relationships.
* Excellent **leadership, communication, reporting, and team-management skills**.
* **Ex-Defence / Ex-Police** candidates with relevant private security operations experience are welcome.

* Independently manage **Mumbai / Noida branch operations**.
* Ensure quality deployment and supervision of **guards, supervisors, and site teams**.
* Achieve branch **revenue, margin, collection, and growth targets**.
* Maintain strong client relationships and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Ensure timely **billing, salary coordination, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting**.
* Drive **new business development** while retaining existing clients.
* Take ownership of overall **branch profitability, manpower deployment, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational performance**.
