A controversy has reportedly erupted at Binita Anumita Society after Abhijit Deepak and members of his team were allegedly asked to leave the society’s park. According to the claim circulating online, some residents objected to their presence and told them that whatever activity they wanted to conduct should be done inside their own temple, adding that such “drama” would not be allowed there.
The incident has triggered a wider discussion about access to common spaces, religious freedom, residential society rules and mutual respect. Parks inside residential complexes are generally shared spaces governed by society regulations, and disputes can arise when residents disagree over gatherings, religious activities, celebrations or other organised events.
