EPIPHANY CHURCH – RENOVATION WORKS

1. New Electrical Work

* Complete new electrical wiring and concealed/conduit installation.
* Replacement and installation of electrical points, switches, sockets and accessories.
* Installation of new LED lights/fixtures as required.

2. Floor Grinding, Polishing & Finishing

Marble Grading / Grinding & Polishing – Detailed Specification

Marble floor grading, grinding and polishing shall be carried out on existing marble flooring using suitable mechanical floor-grinding and polishing machines.

The work shall include:

* Thorough cleaning of the existing marble surface before commencement.
* Machine grinding with appropriate diamond abrasive/grinding pads to remove unevenness, lippage, scratches, stains and surface irregularities.
* Progressive grading of the marble surface using coarse, medium and fine grades of abrasives until a uniform and level surface is obtained.
* Filling of minor holes, cracks and open joints with suitable marble/epoxy filler, wherever required.
* Fine grinding and honing of the complete marble surface to obtain a smooth and uniform finish.
* Final polishing/buffing using suitable marble polishing powder/compound and polishing pads.
* Application of marble crystallizer/polish where required to achieve the specified gloss and finish.
* All machine operation, skilled labour, water, abrasives, polishing compounds and other necessary consumables shall be included.
* Protection of adjoining walls, skirting, fixtures and other finished surfaces during the work.
* Removal of slurry, dust and waste generated during grinding and polishing.
* Final cleaning of the marble floor after completion.
