Required- HR Manager
Following will be your duties and responsibilities for the above mentioned post :
1. Managing the human resource through Hiring, Firing, Retention , Training & Development activities with the consent of the respective departmental heads.
2. Recording , maintaining and distribution of Monthly Salary / Remuneration of all Staff.
3. Managing grievances and requests of all the staff.
4. Maintaining attendance, entry-exit, leave count and etc. of all staff.
5. Issuing Offer & Joining Letter, Warning Letter, Full & Final Settlement letter of all the staff.
6. Managing proper handover of the staff while resignation / termination.
7. Maintaining coordination with all the Departmental Heads for proper & smooth operations.
8. Taking care of official documents and assisting Accountants , if required.
9. Coordination between all staff and Management for proper communication.
10. Managing activities for Staff Development & Staff Enhancement .
