4) SBLC/ BG from Prime Banks:-

Issue from AAA rated Banks. Unconditional, Transferrable & Cash Backed
Minimum Ticket size- USD 5 Million.
5) Private Finance:-
We are glad to inform you that we can provide funds against collateral, subject to the 50% of the face value of that, for a period of five years rate of interest flat 5% to 8% pa.
6) Working Capital:-
We have group of fund houses willing to place private equity with Businesses having good track record and looking for funds for expansion. Minimum ticket size is 25cr. They are looking for good manufacturing, Services, education, information technology industry. Their ideal return anticipation is 20 percent and above, tenure of investment is around 5 years. Whereas relying upon the representation and warranties and other information including the project proposal as provided by firm for requirements of funds against equity, shares and JV which should prove their Eligibility to our investors, after performing evaluation, due diligence and to obtain all necessary clearances from Govt. Depts., such as SEBI clearance/RBI Clearance etc. It will take almost 90 working days to complete the transaction after furnishing the necessary agreements/paperwork to expedite the work.
