Urgently Required Recruitment Specialist Female only !!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Having knowledge to handle different job portals like: Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Responsible for leading the staffing efforts of the company.
Building a strong workforce that adds to the companys bottom line.
Managing end to end recruitment through different job sites, walk ins, referrals and head hunting for senior positions.
Handling the recruitment for Non-IT and IT Both.
Identification of various channels for sourcing and recruitment.
Creation of talent pool and sourcing through internal resources.
Craft recruiting emails and job posting to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Following up on the interview process status.
Prepare recruitment tracker on daily basis.
Timely close all the positions.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate only.
Must be good communication skills.
Must be good with Ms Excel.
Must be self driven and highly motivated.
Willing to learn and expand to other areas of HR other than recruitment and selection.
Should be able to deliver under pressure.
Qualification : MBA/PG
