The Indian government’s import duty on bicycle parts created new opportunities for growth, helping expand operations and strengthen manufacturing capacity with the addition of more advanced machines.

🔹 2020 — Maintain Momentum
With changing market dynamics, HSN Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. was established with the vision of manufacturing Nylock Nuts and building stronger capabilities to compete against Chinese imports.

🔹 2024 — The Spotlight
The journey reached another important milestone with a group turnover of 12 Million USD, specializing in Nylock Nuts and contributing towards a 32% reduction in Chinese imports.

We started our journey in the hardware fasteners business under the name Modern Engineers India.
A humble beginning driven by hard work, commitment, and the dream to build something meaningful.

🔹 1985–1994 — The Learning Phase
As we moved forward, we stepped into manufacturing hardware nuts.
The journey wasn’t easy, and success didn’t come instantly — but those years taught us resilience, experience, and the courage to keep evolving.

🔹 1995 — The Turning Point
A major shift came when we entered the manufacturing of bicycle fastener components with a production capacity of 15,000 pcs and a turnover of 200K USD.
This became one of the defining milestones that shaped the future of our journey.

Looking back today, every year carries memories of challenges, risks, learnings, and growth.
