Like to apprise about the importance Lo Shu GRID of Fengshui. It's a basic elementry tool in Fengshui, with which you proceed to plan all types of buildings and rectify the existing structures.
Here important point is that this grid pertains to all 9 directions Blessed by the Universal power. A consultant has to achieve goals for their clients after carefully examining directions and birth elements as well. One has to check directions, birth elements of clients, perfect kuas, favorable and unfavorable sides, interiors and exteriors with its implementation in Landscape, outer areas and lot more.
This Pious grid has been developed by Chinese experts some 5000 year ago.

वास्तु के अनुसार घर की रोज़ाना सफाई अत्यंत आवश्यक है। प्रत्येक कमरे के अंदर सफाई होनी चाहिए तथा विशेष रूप से टॉयलेट और बाथरूम की स्वच्छता पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। कोशिश करें कि रोज़ाना इनकी साफ-सफाई करें।
ऐसा करने से घर में मौजूद नकारात्मक ऊर्जा धीरे-धीरे समाप्त होने लगती हैं। घर का जमा हुआ कचरा रोज़ाना निपटाने का प्रयास करें ताकि नकारात्मक ऊर्जा बाहर जाए

Vastu-Fengshui tips for structure planning of a building:

Direction and Orientation

The ideal direction for a house to face is north, east, or northeast, believed to bring good luck, prosperity, and peace.However all directions result in good vibes, if the planning is based on Vastu-Fengshui.

The northeast corner is considered sacred and is best suited for a puja room or prayer area.

Room Placement

Place in the southwest or west part of the house, with the master bedroom in the southwest corner. Avoid placing beds with the headboard in the north direction.

Kitchen is Ideally located in the southeast or northwest corner with proper cooking stove. The cook should face east while cooking.

Living Room: Place in the north or east part of the house, ensuring good ventilation and lighting.

Puja Room: Best placed in the northeast and other suggested directions of the house.

Dining Room: Preferably in the west, east, or south directions, with minimal distance between the dining and kitchen areas.

Toilets and Bathrooms:

Avoid placing in the NORTHEAST NE, ENE, SSW, WSS, SW zones; suitable directions must be sought from Vastu Expert with proper calculation.

Staircase: Avoid placing staircases in the prohibited zones,which are generally considered auspicious.

Water Bodies:

Swimming pools or water features are best placed in the northeast or north directions.However they can be built up in other directions as well as Vastu advice.

Colors: Use specific colors for different elevations.,Rooms and different sections as per Elementry Vastu or with the personal date of birth of residents.

Plot Selection and Design

- Opt for square or rectangular plots, as they are considered auspicious.
- Ensure the plot has good fertility and low soil density.
- Consider consulting a Vastu expert to determine the best design and layout for your plots for residential / commercial purposes.
