Accounts Assistant

Main Function: Maintain and record accounts payable and receivable, inventory, payroll and Fixed Assets

Record the transaction on the basis of invoice, bills and vouchers.



Duties: Prepare and issue sales invoices sales report

Prepare monthly salary and wage sheet and petty cash report

Maintain inventories and prepare inventory reports

Prepare supplies and customers statements



Skills: Good verbal and written communication

Ability to work to deadline

Computer Literate (MS Word and Excel)

Qualification:

1) Apply lacquers and waxes to mold surfaces to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts.

2) Apply layers of plastic resin to mold surfaces prior to placement of fiberglass mats, repeating layers until products have the desired thicknesses and plastics have jelled.

3) Bond wood reinforcing strips to decks and cabin structures of watercraft, using resin-saturated fiberglass.

4) Check all dies, templates, and cutout patterns to be used in the manufacturing process to ensure that they conform to dimensional data, photographs, blueprints, samples, and/or customer specifications.

5) Check completed products for conformance to specifications and for defects by measuring with rulers or micrometers, by checking them visually, or by tapping them to detect bubbles or dead spots.

6) Cure materials by letting them set at room temperature, placing them under heat lamps, or baking them in ovens.
7) Inspect, clean, and assemble molds before beginning work.

Food and accommodation would be provided at the work site
Medical will be provided as per to the contract terms

Approval From Maldives Medical Council

All the medical professionals are compulsory to get registered in Maldives Medical Council while practicing in Maldives.

And it requires getting Pre registration from MMC by submitting the copies of academic certificate of new candidate before arriving to Maldives. And the candidate should register in MMC by submitting original before start working in Maldives.

So kindly go through the information sheet and send a copy of the following document with filled form of pre registration.

Basic qualification certificate (MBBS)
Addition Qualifications certificate (PG)
Local Medical council registration for Basic and additional qualification.
Internship certificate
Recent experience.
Color copy of Passport bio data page and address page

Offer letter or the letter of Appointment
As soon as MOH receive the pre registration from MMC,
will send you the offer letter accordingly.
You will get 15 days to accept the offer before it void
And you must travel within 30 days as soon as you get a copy of work permit.
Work permit and traveling document.
As soon MOH received your accepted offer letter,
your document will be submit to department of immigration for workpermit.
The process will take approximately 3 to 4 days.
The document you require to enter Maldives is the copy of offer letter and a copy of workpermit

Contract period
1 calendar year.(including 3 month probationary period for the first year)

Workplace
In your offer letter there will be a specific health facility as a working place,
but the work place are subject to change on priorities.
