You don’t even know you need this in your life. I specially bought myself a waffle maker for this and it’s been a great investment. No joke, after this I don’t crave a burger. It’s so so delicious, so satisfying and so healthy at the same time it should pro’lly be illegal.

Sleep is the wall.

You can buy the most expensive paint — the supplements, the protein, the cold plunge, the creatine, the magnesium, the gym membership — and none of it will stick if the wall isn’t prepared.

I learned this the hard way. Optimising everything except the one thing that makes everything else work.

Posting this on a weekend on purpose. So you actually have two days to try this before the week starts and you’re back to running on caffeine and good intentions 🤙🏻

I’ve simplified my night supplementation for the time being, my recent blood work said I was a little low in Zinc so that got added.

Always do your blood work before supplementing.

I don’t have a certificate in nutrition. My body is my best certificate. More than a certificate. It rewards in ways no certificate ever will.

You don’t have to eat protein only because the whole world is saying so. I do intuitive and experiential eating. If on one day I don’t feel like having the protein shake, I don’t. Nobody is going to die and nobody is going to kill me. The same applies to you. See what works for you on any given day. You don’t have to follow trends or fads or other people. Don’t listen to anybody but your own self.

Here is what I make every morning. Works very well in this heat. I’ve started making yogurt at home. Yogurt, not curd. Game-freaking-changer. More cooling and more protein. I go heart led, not by measurement. Of course, creatine — I stick to 3 to 5 grams on a given day.

I have personally seen that when I get enough protein - which is always a struggle, my body performs better. For some people, more protein works. For some people, less. Same about carbs. See what works for you. Give your body what it is asking for.

My Golden Protein Bowl :
• Homemade yogurt — live cultures, gut repair, natural protein
• Protein powder — muscle repair, satiety, blood sugar stability
• Creatine — strength, recovery, brain function
• Collagen — skin, joints, gut lining
• Bee pollen — enzymes, B vitamins, natural energy
• Chia seeds — omega-3, fibre, slow glucose release
• Honey — antimicrobial, natural sweetener, antioxidants
• Soaked nuts — healthy fats, bioavailable minerals
• Dried rose petals — anti-inflammatory, skin-loving, heart opener.
• Chaga — immune support, adaptogen, anti-ageing
• Saffron — mood, anti-inflammatory, skin glow
• Vanilla essence — flavour, grounding

∙Don’t suppress what comes up. Sit with it. Trust me, make notes of what or who is irritating you, your system is rejecting that energy pro max.
∙Write it down. Whatever feels off during this phase is your homework for ovulation.

For the men —
∙If she seems withdrawn or sensitive, she’s not being difficult. Her body is literally processing at a deeper level right now🫰🏻
∙This is not the time to debate or dismiss. It’s the time to just show up and listen. Bonus - make her some chai, wrap her in a blankie and give her a hot water bottle 🌸
∙You don’t need to fix anything. Ask her how she’s feeling and actually mean it 💕

Diabetic-friendly. Protein-forward. Dangerously good desert. I make this all the time and there is always some in my fridge.

What goes in:
∙ 3 boiled eggs
∙ 2 tbsp raw cocao
∙ Cinnamon powder
∙ Desiccated coconut
∙ A splash of vanilla
∙ Pinch of salt
∙ Sweetener of your choice

Blend until it’s a smooth, thick chocolate mousse.
Refrigerate.
Top with rose petals, coconut flakes, almonds - whatever you have. Or fancy.

No you won’t taste or smell the eggs. You can even add protein powder, creatine, collagen and play around.

This is your 11pm craving taken care of. Hidden protein, zero sugar spike, and it actually tastes like dessert.
