MASTER MIND ENTERPRISES in Mangalore is hiring Business Development Officers(BDO) in Partnership with Global Garner Sales Services Limited
URGENTLY WE ARE RECRUITING 10 BDOs in major cities in Karnataka.
Qualifications for BDO:-
1. MBA in Marketing/Graduate and No education constraints if candidate is with right Sales skillset.
2. 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
3. 2+ year experience in business development role
4. Solid written & Verbal communication skills
5. Team handling experience & leadership skills are preferred
6. A familiarity with Microsoft office suite
7. Software Sales experience is an added advantage
8. Two wheeler/4 wheeler is must
Responsibilities of BDO:-
1. Create proposals to the clients to improve their business utilizing company products & services.
2. Identify new market opportunities for our products & services via market research & initiate contact.
3. Do sales presentations as well as assist team.
4. Respond to all issues with prompt attention.
5. Provide coaching & training to clients and team.
6. Should recruit more than 20 part time sales executives to complete monthly target.
Salary Package:-
1. 1,92,000/- to 3,00,000/- PA (No salary constraints for the exceptional sales skillset/talents)
2. Performance based Incentives can be earnt more than 10,000/- per month and travel allowances.
3. If you deliver monthly basic targets consistently, yearly once Local/foreign trip offer is available.
