The system is remarkably user-friendly and equipped with intuitive controls, these fermenters and bioreactors are suitable for most fermentation and cell culture applications performed by:

Each system is supplied as a customized solution with vessel, agitation, control station and probes for growth of different microbes, yeast, mammalian, insect and plant cells, removing the complexities often faced in other systems.
Assembly is very ease and straight forward with the unit being unpacked and made ready for the autoclave in less than an hour.
The control station is fully integrated with built-in peristaltic pumps, gas fl ow control, and pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), substrate feed and antifoam functionalities all installed in one bench top unit.
An easy-to-use large 5.6-inch color touchscreen interface allows setting and real-time pictorial display of agitation speed, temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen (DO), while 4 assignable built-in peristaltic pumps act in tandem with the corresponding probe sensor to control pH, DO and antifoam feeds.
Each probe is connected to an easily accessible control panel that also houses quick-fit connectors for rapid set up of the heating system, aeration and ancillary equipment for cooling.

Grow almost any cell type − With a wide range of vessels and impellers, including customized options, Our fermentation and bio-reactor systems have the capacity to grow virtually any cell type: whether it’s anaerobic or aerobic microbes, yeast, insect, plant or mammalian cells.
Different vessel configurations − Different volumes are available from 500mL to 7L volume capacity.
Multiple options & accessories- Options for pH, DO and temperature. Choice for brushless motor drives and choices of impeller and adjustable flow meters with optional gas mixing module.

Simple to use
Touch-and-grow − A large color touch screen interface built within the control station allows the user to control and view each parameter within a conspicuous, easy-to read pictorial display.
Helpful screen − The color touch screen is pre-configured for use with the selected reactor vessel, The PLC screen facilitate user-friendly control of all critical process values within a single screen.
Same Controller on all units − The same control system and software can be used for any of our autoclave fermenters allowing the user to change to other vessel when without changing the control station or additional software upgrades.

Automatic Controls
Gas flow control − Automatic multi-gas mixing options - up to two and four respectively in fermentation and cell culture mode - ensure optimized yields and cell growth, while a selection of customizable gas flow options provide complete flexibility by allowing customers to design systems specific to their needs.
Adjustable air flow − Each system features as standard an adjustable air flow Rota-meter on the front of the control station. An optional oxygen (O2) enrichment module is also available depends on the process needs. thermal mass flow control (TMFC) options are available on request.
